Paradigm was recently called upon to help hire a candidate who had turned down two prior offers by the potential employer. Paradigm had not actually introduced the candidate to the client but we knew well their business and the individual concerned. It quickly became apparent that there had been something of a breakdown in the communication process and some mis-understanding had crept in. By acting as intermediary Paradigm was able to help re-start the process and bring it ultimately to a successful conclusion.
