Search Methods
Broadly speaking we act for clients in four different ways. Prior to taking on new business we like to meet with clients and to discuss in detail their needs. Only by doing this is it possible to identify the most appropriate recruitment methodology. Time spent at this stage often saves time and, more importantly, money, later on. The four methods that we apply are:
- Targeted Executive Search
This requires us to go in to the market and proactively identify the most suitable individuals for the role. Our great experience in our chosen market place means that we invariably know who the key people are. If not, we are certain to have contacts that will lead us in the right direction. Our approach is highly research driven and confidential. We are able to quickly identify the best candidates, research their backgrounds and provide you with all relevant details about them to help you make that important hire. From a practical perspective we will provide a full service from drafting of the original proposal to final negotiations with the successful candidate.

- Advertised Selection
Advertising in an appropriate media can bring good results when used correctly. We have much experience in this field and can advise you as to the best timing for your advertisement and the correct media to use. We will undertake drafting of all advertisement copy, graphics and typesetting. Again, fees are agreed on a case by case basis. Call us if you would like to know more.
- Contingent Recruitment
Candidates approach us all the time. As such, we are often in a position to suggest good people. Our effectiveness in this area depends much upon the information flows from our clients. We like to stay in touch with your broad needs even if we are not currently working on an assignment for you. Fees for contingent recruitment are charged on our standard rate which we would be happy to discuss with you.
- Database Search
If you would like to know whether we are already in contact with candidates who might fit your brief we would be happy to conduct a database search for you. There is a fee for doing this which is netted off against any successful recruitment fee. Fees are set on our standard rate details of which we would be happy to discuss with you.
