How much do you charge for your recruitment services?
We have standard fee rates for contingent business which we would be happy to discuss with you. For retained business we like to agree a fee structure in advance which is tailored to your specific recruitment needs. Call us, we would be happy to discuss this.

What is your competitive advantage over the larger recruitment companies?
We like to think excellence of service differentiates us. We have built our business on a thorough understanding of a clients business and culture. Also, being smaller our service is more personal and suited to your specific business needs.

What about conflicts of interest?
Many recruitment firms find that they are conflicted out of approaching key candidates. This is usually because they are trying to be too much to too many clients. We only act for a small select portfolio of clients where we believe that we can add significant value and where we feel that we have a good understanding of their business. (See our 'case studies' page for examples.) Because we have closely defined our client relationships we are able to 'fish in a larger pool' We would never take a candidate from a client!
